Refund policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 20 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

To submit a claim you must send us an email to stating what the claim is. If the item you received is misprinted/damaged/defective, take a clear picture of the defect and send the images along with you email.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

We are not able to accept refund requests for ordering the wrong size or any other reason that is not connected to misprinted/damaged/defective items
